Shuffyl Terms of Service

Effective date: February 8, 2026. These terms govern use of Shuffyl listener and artist accounts.

1. Account use

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Shuffyl may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

You must own or control the rights needed to upload, distribute, and monetize content.
You may not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
Shuffyl may remove content and apply account penalties for infringement or policy violations.

Paid and free plan features may differ and may change over time.
Subscription purchases, renewals, and cancellations follow the plan selected at checkout.
Access to paid features may be paused for failed or reversed payments until resolved.

No abuse, fraud, spam, botting, scraping, or manipulation of streams/metrics.
You may not copy, download, rip, redistribute, rebroadcast, or publicly perform content from Shuffyl except where the service expressly allows it or applicable law permits it.
No harassment, hate speech, threats, or unlawful content.
Shuffyl may investigate abuse and take action including content removal, suspensions, and reporting to authorities where required.

Shuffyl may use access controls, signed links, streaming restrictions, monitoring, and other reasonable technical measures to help protect content.
Unless Shuffyl expressly states otherwise in a separate written agreement, Shuffyl does not guarantee that streamed content is protected by DRM or any specific anti-copying technology.
No delivery method is completely secure, and Shuffyl does not guarantee that copying, recording, capture, or redistribution of content can be fully prevented.

Shuffyl is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Shuffyl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the latest terms.
