Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your Shuffyl account and associated data.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to your Shuffyl account.
  2. Open Account settings.
  3. Go to the Danger zone section.
  4. Select Delete account.
  5. Confirm the deletion request from the confirmation email we send you.

If you cannot access your account

Contact support and include the email address tied to your account so we can verify ownership and assist with deletion.

What gets deleted

  • Your account access and profile data.
  • User-generated content associated with your account where applicable.
  • Linked social login access for future sign-ins to Shuffyl.

Some records may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, or financial compliance obligations.
